Full Property Management

  • 8.5% + GST management fee on all money collected
  • 6% + GST on all invoices paid
  • $50 + GST per routine inspection
  • $750 + GST for Advertising and letting of property
    Additional marketing options available by negotiation
  • $25 + GST for each credit check
  • Rent Collection
  • 3 monthly inspections
  • Arranging repairs and maintenance
  • Ingoing and outgoing inspections including photos
  • Monthly and year end financial statements
  • Mediation and Tribunal attendance, $28 application fee for Tenancy Tribunal Applications. Hourly rate of $80 may apply.
  • Water rates payments and collection from tenants

Letting Only

For the do it yourself landlord, we offer a letting only service which includes:
  • Advertising on Trademe and Realestate.co.nz
  • Open homes/viewings
  • Tenant selection including reference and credit checks
  • $25 + GST for each credit check
  • Preparation and signing of tenancy agreement
  • Lodgement of bond to the Department of Building and Housing
  • $150 + GST for advertising
    Additional marketing options available by negotiation
  • Two Weeks Rent + GST Letting Fee charged when the property is successfully let.
  • Ingoing inspection from $200 + GST
  • 3 monthly routine inspections $150 + GST per inspection.

Consulting

This service is provided for private owners who need assistance with difficult tenancies and preparation and assistance with legal matters that are going through Tenancy Services.

We also provide consulting services to start up property management companies who need assistance with putting systems in place and being put in contact with all of the service providers the need to run an efficient property management company.

Our services are charged at $80 + GST per hour
